While priority is given to research in:

· Arid land Management
· Water Conservation, Water recycling
· Waste Water Treatment
· Pathogen & Chemical Remediation

all water related research will be considered.

   

 

Fund Restrictions

 

 

 

 

· Awards are for Masters only.
· No assistance will be provided for doctoral (Ph.D.) study.
· Awards are made to individuals studying at
U.S. universities. None of the awards provide institutional overhead.
· Once a student is accepted, the Fellowships funds may be used at the student's discretion for educational needs, living expenses, or family emergencies.  

Ivanhoe Fellowships of $5000 per recipient may be available each year in the Masters program, providing satisfactory work is being done each semester towards the
completion of the degree.

 

 

 

Candidate Qualities

 

 

 

 

· Bachelor's degree or equal level certificates
· English proficiency
· Research assistantship or eligibility for a research assistantship
· Work experience between degrees or field-related intern experience
